Product Features

Houxian® SC243 is an ultra-cost-effective acrylic emulsion adopting a unique and sophisticated core-shell process. It exhibits outstanding fast-drying property and sandability, excellent anti-grain raising performance, as well as a full and high-gloss dry film. Free of APEO and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), it is particularly suitable for various occasions with high requirements for anti-grain raising. This product has the following features:

Plastic drum: 125 KG/drum; 1000 KG/drum

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to its fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, the product can be used directly after filtration with a filter bag.
