Product Features

Houxian® 8066 is a waterborne polyurethane-modified acrylic dispersion, endowed with higher hardness and superior early blocking resistance. This product contains no surfactants, has a fine particle size, and exhibits extremely high transparency as a dry film. The film surface is smooth and delicate, with fast drying speed and good sandability, making it particularly suitable for formulating warm wood clear coats on colored substrates. This product has the following features:

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to its fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, the product can be used directly after filtration with a filter bag.
3. During storage, the appearance color of the product will slightly deepen (turn slightly yellow) over time, which does not affect the product performance and the product can be used normally.
