Product Features
Houxian® 1109 is an ammonia-neutralized water-dilutable acrylic resin. Rich in self-crosslinking functional groups, it can crosslink rapidly at room temperature. It has excellent permeability and sealing effect on wood surfaces, and is specially recommended for the first anti-grain raising/sealing primer in contact with substrates. This product has the following features:
- Fast drying speed, good sandability, high hardness and yellowing resistance
- High film build, good transparency and strong water resistance
- Excellent adhesion, permeability, anti-grain raising and sealing effect
- Comprehensive performance is more excellent when used with 2-3% aziridine

Plastic drum: 125 KG/drum; 1000 KG/drum
Storage
This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.
Precautions for Use
- Seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
- The appearance color may deepen during storage, but it does not affect the use.
