Product Features

Houxian® AC120 is a self-crosslinking pure acrylic emulsion developed based on the innovative Rev-core-shell new synthesis technology platform. It gets rid of the dependence on emulsifiers, achieves perfect core-shell encapsulation, contains no APEO and no organic solvents. This product has the following features:

1. Extremely low foaming, no free micelles, high solid content and transparency, and outstanding water resistance
2. Low minimum film formation temperature, high hardness and blocking resistance, and faster hardness development speed
3. Good environmental friendliness, excellent application properties, and wide adaptability

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to its fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, the product can be used directly after filtration with a filter bag.
