Acrylic dispersion 8116

Product Properties:

Houxian® 8116 is a novel, highly transparent, self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion prepared using the latest synthesis technology. Developed based on Houxian® 8016, it features finer particle size, greater transparency, and a more perfect core-shell structure. Most importantly, it significantly improves the hardness, toughness, and pore penetration of the original product. This product has the following characteristics:

1. Higher hardness
2. Better toughness
3. Better pore penetration
4. Lower odor

Packaging Specifications：

Storage
This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light, at a temperature of 5-35℃. Keep the packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the production date. After the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product requires strict protection from frost or direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to filter appropriately before use and use it as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

1. Stir thoroughly before use and store in a sealed container after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.

2. Due to the fast drying speed, skin formation may occur during transportation. If this occurs, filter with a filter bag before use.

3. During storage, the product’s appearance color may slightly darken (slightly yellow) over time. This does not affect the product’s performance and it can still be used normally.
