Product Features

Houxian® AC181 is a one-component self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion modified with organosilicon. This product contains no APEO and can be used for home decoration DIY, making it particularly suitable for the coating of substrates such as ceramic tiles. This product has the following features:

1. Super adhesion to inorganic materials such as cement and ceramic tiles
2. Fast drying speed and high film build
3. Excellent water resistance
4. Strong encapsulation ability for powder materials

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to its fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, the product can be used directly after filtration with a filter bag.
