Product Features

Houxian® SC232 is an ultra-cost-effective acrylic emulsion specially developed for waterborne wood coating applications. This product adopts core-shell multiple self-crosslinking technology, which endows the coating film with outstanding fast-drying property, sandability and blocking resistance. The wet film is transparent, the dry film is full and high-gloss, and it contains no polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). This product has the following features:

1. Excellent fast-drying property, sandability and blocking resistance

Plastic drum: 125 KG/drum; 1000 KG/drum

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to its fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, the product can be used directly after filtration with a filter bag.
