Waterborne epoxy resin EP304

Product Properties:

Houxian® EP304 is a nonionic aqueous dispersion of solid bisphenol A type epoxy resin modified with solid epoxy.

This resin has a low solvent content, resulting in water-based coatings that possess the excellent properties of traditional epoxy resin coatings, with lower VOCs and harmful air pollutants. When combined with an amine curing agent to prepare water-based two-component epoxy coatings, it can be used on substrates such as metal and concrete. This product has the following characteristics:

1. Long pot life

2. Excellent adhesion

3. Fast drying, low odor

4. Excellent chemical resistance and salt spray resistance

Packaging Specifications：

Plastic Drums: 125KG/drum, 1000KG/drum

 

Storage：

This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light, at a temperature of 5-35℃. Keep the packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the production date. After the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product requires strict protection from frost or direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to filter appropriately before use and use it as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

1. Stir thoroughly before use. Store in a sealed container after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.

2. Due to its rapid drying speed, it is not recommended to expose the product to air for extended periods during use.
