Product Features：

Houxian® 5111 is a high-gloss, combined primer-topcoat emulsion designed for light metal corrosion protection. It boasts excellent salt spray resistance, high hardness and outstanding anti-blocking performance. This resin exhibits strong adhesion to special substrates such as galvanized sheets and aluminum plates. Free of any solvents, this product has extremely low in-can odor.This product has the following features:

Storage：

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature ranging from 5℃ to 35℃ with the package kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is recommended prior to use and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use:

Stir thoroughly before use. Seal tightly after use and do not mix with cationic substances and printing inks.

Due to its fast drying speed, prolonged exposure to air during use is not recommended.
