Product Features

Houxian® GZ15 is a specially designed aliphatic amine adduct water-based emulsion with excellent anti-corrosion properties and rapid surface drying. When used with EP420 epoxy emulsion, it exhibits excellent wet-on-wet application performance. It can be used in medium to heavy-duty anti-corrosion water-based coatings, especially suitable for applications such as rail vehicles, trucks, and buses. This product has the following characteristics:

1. Fast surface drying and rapid hardening
2. Excellent adhesion
3. Excellent salt spray resistance and chemical resistance

Packaging Specifications

Storage

This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light, at a temperature of 5-35℃, keeping the packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the production date. After the expiration date, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product requires strict protection from frost or direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to filter appropriately before use and use it as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use

Stir thoroughly before use. Store in a tightly closed container after use.
