Product Features

Houxian® 5111 is a high-gloss emulsion for light metal corrosion protection, combining primer and topcoat properties. It boasts excellent salt spray resistance, high hardness, and outstanding anti-tack performance. This resin exhibits excellent adhesion to special substrates such as galvanized and aluminum sheets. This product contains no solvents and has extremely low odor. Features include:

Packaging Specifications

Plastic drums: 125 KG/drum, 1000 KG/drum

 

Storage

This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light, at a temperature of 5-35℃. Keep the packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. After the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product requires strict protection from frost or direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to filter appropriately before use and use it as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use. Store in a sealed container after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.

2. Due to its rapid drying speed, prolonged exposure to air is not recommended during use.
