Product Features

Houxian® 3292 is a waterborne polyurethane-modified hydroxyacrylic dispersion, suitable for use as a two-component system when formulated with waterborne isocyanate curing agents. Free of APEO, it exhibits particularly excellent scratch resistance in full-matte paint films. The resulting dry films have good transparency, excellent recoating transparency, and a skin-feel effect, along with strong adhesion. It is especially suitable for high-end customized full-matte coating applications. This product has the following features:

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. This product has a fast drying speed and is not recommended to be exposed to air for a long time before use.
