Product Features

Houxian® AC100 is a brand-new high-transparency self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion prepared by the latest synthesis technology. This product contains no surfactants, has a fine particle size, and exhibits extremely high transparency both in the can and as a dry film. The film surface is smooth and delicate with excellent water resistance, making it particularly suitable for formulating warm wood clear coats on colored substrates. This product has the following features:

1. Very low minimum film formation temperature
2. Excellent chemical resistance
3. Fast drying speed
4. Extremely transparent wet and dry films

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to its fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, the product can be used directly after filtration with a filter bag.
