Waterborne Polyurethane-Modified Hydroxyacrylic Dispersion Houxian® 3192

Houxian® 3192 is a waterborne polyurethane-modified hydroxyacrylic dispersion, suitable for use as a two-component system when formulated with waterborne isocyanate curing agents. Free of plasticizers and APEO, the resulting wet and dry films are extremely transparent. This product has the following features:

1. Excellent scratch resistance without marks
2. Excellent chemical resistance
3. Extremely transparent wet and dry films

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. This product has a fast drying speed and is not recommended to be exposed to air for a long time before use.
