Product Features

Houxian® U320 is an anionic self-crosslinking aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Free of APEO, NMP and NEP, this product exhibits excellent leveling property, outstanding chemical resistance and good scratch resistance, and is suitable for both one-component and two-component systems.It has the following characteristics:

• Excellent versatility in adhesion
• Exceptionally outstanding water resistance and damp-heat resistance
• Good compatibility with alcohol, featuring a clear appearance after color adjustment and
• easy color matching

Storage：

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place with the storage temperature ranging from 5℃ to 35℃, and the package must be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is recommended prior to use and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

Stir thoroughly and conduct a performance test before use. Seal tightly after use and do not mix with cationic substances or printing inks.

This product has a fast drying speed; long-term exposure to air before use is not recommended.
