Product Features：

Houxian® U319 is an anionic self-crosslinking aromatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Free of APEO and NMP, this product contains approximately 4.5% NEP. It is capable of film-forming at low temperatures, featuring relatively high hardness and an elongation at break of around 350%. With excellent leveling property, outstanding chemical resistance and good scratch resistance, it is suitable for both one-component and two-component systems.It has the following characteristics:

• Excellent low-temperature film-forming property
• High hardness combined with good flexibility
• Excellent transparency and high film build
• Low odor
• Excellent defoaming property
• Good adhesion

Storage：

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place with the storage temperature ranging from 5℃ to 35℃, and the package must be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is recommended prior to use and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

Stir thoroughly and conduct a performance test before use. Seal tightly after use and do not mix with cationic substances or printing inks.

This product has a fast drying speed; long-term exposure to air before use is not recommended.
