Product Features

Houxian® U305 is an anionic aromatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It can be used in the laminating system of synthetic leather, especially applicable to the wet lamination or semi-dry lamination processes.It has the following characteristics:

• High bonding strength
• Excellent flexibility
• Hydrolysis resistance
• Addition of crosslinking agent can improve various physical properties

Storage：

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place with the storage temperature ranging from 5℃ to 35℃, and the package must be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is recommended prior to use and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

Stir thoroughly and conduct a performance test before use. Seal tightly after use and do not mix with cationic substances or printing inks.

This product has a fast drying speed; long-term exposure to air before use is not recommended.
