Product Features

Houxian® U320 is an anionic self-crosslinking aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Free of APEO, NMP and NEP, it exhibits excellent leveling property, chemical resistance and scratch resistance, and can be used in one-component/two-component systems. This product has the following features:

1. Strong versatility in adhesion
2. Outstanding water resistance and damp-heat resistance
3. Good compatibility with alcohol, with transparent appearance after color adjustment and easy color matching

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly and conduct performance tests before use. Seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. This product has a fast drying speed and is not recommended to be exposed to air for a long time before use.
