Product Features

Houxian® U312 is an anionic aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Free of APEO, NMP and NEP, this product features medium hardness, excellent abrasion resistance and good thixotropy, and is applicable to coating processes such as direct coating, release paper transfer coating and reverse roll coating.It has the following characteristics:

• High gloss and high film build
• Excellent flexibility
• Good abrasion and scratch resistance
• Low odor
• Solvent resistance
• Yellowing resistance

Storage：

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place with the storage temperature ranging from 5℃ to 35℃, and the package must be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is recommended prior to use and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

Stir thoroughly and conduct a performance test before use. Seal tightly after use and do not mix with cationic substances or printing inks.

This product has a fast drying speed; long-term exposure to air before use is not recommended.
