Product Features：

Houxian® 1920 is a self-crosslinking aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion with high hardness and high toughness. As a one-component system that air-dries at room temperature, it can achieve a hardness of above 1H (pendulum hardness of 180s) in three days, and is suitable for high-end one-component waterborne topcoats for woodware.It has the following characteristics:

• High hardness, high transparency and high film build
• Excellent flexibility, scratch resistance and anti-blocking property
• Good abrasion resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance
• Excellent freeze-thaw stability
• Good compatibility with alcohol, featuring clear appearance after color adjustment and easycolor matching

Storage：

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place with the storage temperature ranging from 5℃ to 35℃, and the package must be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is recommended prior to use and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

Stir thoroughly before use, seal tightly after storage, and do not mix with cationic substances or printing inks.

This product has a fast drying speed; long-term exposure to air before use is not recommended.
