Product Features：

Houxian® U1005 is an anionic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on polyether. It features high solid content, high elasticity, excellent adhesion to substrates, good resistance and scrub resistance, as well as outstanding low-temperature flex resistance. It is suitable for textile coatings in fields such as apparel, packaging and shoe upper materials.This product has the following characteristics:

Storage：

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place with the storage temperature ranging from 5℃ to 35℃, and the package shall be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

This product is a high-solid-content emulsion, and surface skinning may occur after long-term storage, which is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended to filter with No.200 filter cloth before normal use.

This product is a pilot-scale product, and the product information may be changed in the future. At present, the commercialization and continuous supply of this product cannot be guaranteed.
