Product Features

Houxian® SCH611 is a low-hydroxyl emulsion specially designed for two-component waterborne wood coatings. It is free of APEO, with excellent transparency, high film build and long pot life. It also demonstrates good water resistance, chemical resistance, anti-blocking properties, and excellent compatibility with waterborne isocyanate curing agents. Boasting excellent color development, it is highly suitable for the preparation of solid-color coatings. This product has the following features:

3. Free of any solvents and with low in-can odor

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to the fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, it can be used directly after filtering with a filter bag.
