Product Features

Houxian® 2022 is a hydroxyl-containing waterborne acrylic emulsion prepared by acrylate copolymerization. The resulting paint film exhibits high hardness, excellent resistance, fast drying speed and extremely high gloss. It is suitable for formulation with waterborne isocyanate curing agents to produce two-component high-gloss clear coats or solid-color coats. This product has the following features:

1. High gloss and excellent chemical resistance
2. Extremely fast hardness development of the paint film
3. Long open time

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. 1. 1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
      2. Due to the fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, it can be used directly after filtering with a filter bag.
