Product Features

Houxian® 8016 is a brand-new high-transparency self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion prepared by the latest synthesis technology. Developed based on Houxian® 8006, it has a finer particle size, a more transparent appearance, and a more perfect core-shell structure. Most importantly, it significantly improves the hardness, resistance, and pore penetration of the original product. This product has the following features:

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to its fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, the product can be used directly after filtration with a filter bag.
