Waterborne Acrylic Emulsion Houxian® 5934K

Product Features

Houxian® 5934K is a specially modified waterborne acrylic emulsion. This resin achieves very high thixotropy with the addition of an amine neutralizer, requiring no thickener, and exhibits excellent silver powder orientation. It is recommended for waterborne baking paint systems in applications such as tricycles, copper doors, wheels, automotive paint, and 3C products where silver and pearlescent powder orientation is required. This product features:

1. Enhanced thixotropy
2. Excellent silver powder alignment and brightness
3. Good compatibility with hydroxyl acrylic dispersions, improving the application solids of silver powder paints and effectively concealing sandpaper marks without affecting silver powder alignment
4. Good adhesion to various substrates and interlayer adhesion

Storage

This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light, at a temperature of 5-35℃. Keep the packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the production date. After the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product requires strict protection from frost or direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to filter appropriately before use and use it as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use. Store in a tightly closed container after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to the fast drying speed, skin formation may occur during transportation. If this occurs, filter with a filter bag before use.
3. This product is a pilot product. Product information may change in the future. Commercialization and continued supply of this product cannot be guaranteed at this time.
