Product Features

Houxian® 200L is a water-dispersible isocyanate curing agent designed for two-component systems, containing approximately 20% PMA solvent. This product has the following features:

1. Aliphatic isocyanate structure with excellent yellowing resistance
2. Good compatibility with hydroxyacrylic emulsions
3. High transparency of the cured film

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. This product is highly sensitive to moisture and reacts with water to form carbon dioxide and insoluble urea. Containers must be kept tightly closed at all times. Entry of water in all forms (humid air, solvents, damp containers) must be prevented, as the generation of carbon dioxide can lead to a dangerous increase in pressure. Storage at higher temperatures will result in an increase in color and viscosity.
