Product Features

Houxian® 5131G is a water-based self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion developed for 3C products, exhibiting excellent adhesion to substrates such as ABS and PC, as well as good resistance to alcohol and water. This product features:

1. Excellent adhesion to plastic substrates
2. Excellent water and ethanol resistance
3. High single-component hardness
4. Excellent anti-blocking properties

Packaging Specifications

Plastic drums: 125 KG/drum, 1000 KG/drum

 

Storage

This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light, at a temperature of 5-35℃. Keep the packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the production date. After the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product requires strict protection from frost or direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to filter appropriately before use and use it as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use. Store in a tightly closed container after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to the fast drying speed, skin formation may occur during transportation. If this occurs, filter with a filter bag before use.
