Product Features

Houxian® UA431 is an aromatic modified polyurethane dispersion. Free of NMP, NEP and APEO, it can be used in topcoats and clear coats for fields such as home decoration, furniture and toys. This product has the following features:

3. Good water resistance
4. Good compatibility with acrylic emulsions
5. Can be used with curing agents
6. Excellent anti-blocking performance
7. Suitable for various mechanical spraying processes

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly and conduct performance tests before use. Seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. This product has a fast drying speed and is not recommended to be exposed to air for a long time before use.
