Product Features

Houxian® 5914K is a specially modified waterborne acrylic emulsion. This resin does not require the addition of thickeners; high thixotropy can be achieved directly by adding amine neutralizers, and it has an excellent aluminum flake orientation effect. It is recommended for waterborne baking coating systems such as aluminum profiles and hardware parts, and is suitable for preparing aluminum flake coatings and solid-color coatings. This product has the following features:

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost or direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to its fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, the product can be used directly after filtration with a filter bag.
