Product Features

Houxian® W0002 is an alcohol-soluble acrylic resin suitable for both one-component and two-component systems. It features fast film formation and drying, excellent penetration into wood pores, high hardness, and good sandability. When used as a sealer in solid wood systems, it exhibits excellent anti-raising grain performance for solid wood (e.g., red oak, ash wood), as well as an open wood texture effect and early water resistance. This product has the following characteristics:

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. The spray gun can be directly cleaned with tap water after spraying.
2. The appearance color may deepen during storage.
3. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use
