Product Features

Houxian® ACH511 is a low-hydroxyl emulsion developed based on the original Rev-core-shell new synthesis technology platform. It gets rid of the dependence on emulsifiers and achieves perfect core-shell encapsulation. Free of APEO and organic solvents, this product has the following features:

1. Extremely low foam, no free micelles, outstanding water resistance, and transparent wet and dry films
2. Low minimum film formation temperature, high hardness and anti-blocking property, and faster hardness development speed
3. Good environmental friendliness, excellent application performance, and wide adaptability

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to the fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, it can be used directly after filtering with a filter bag.
