Product Features

Houxian® 3145 is a low-hydroxyl emulsion specially designed for two-component waterborne wood coatings. Developed based on Houxian® 3142, it is suitable for use as a two-component system when formulated with waterborne isocyanate curing agents. Free of any solvents, this product offers excellent defoaming performance and high matting efficiency. The resulting dry film is extremely transparent with excellent recoating transparency, making it particularly suitable for mechanical spraying. This product has the following features:

1. Extremely high matting efficiency and very good transparency of dry film
2. Excellent resistance
3. Long open time and excellent defoaming performance

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to the fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, it can be used directly after filtering with a filter bag.
