Product Features

Houxian® 2018 is a high-hydroxyl emulsion specially designed for two-component waterborne wood coatings. It offers high reactivity, fast drying speed, and excellent water and chemical resistance. This product has the following features:

1. Fast drying speed, high hardness, with pendulum hardness exceeding 210s
2. Good transparency of dry film
3. Excellent chemical resistance
4. Long open time

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to the fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, it can be used directly after filtering with a filter bag.
