Product Features

Houxian® 2017 is a hydroxyacrylic emulsion specially developed for two-component solid-color coating systems. It is particularly suitable for the application field of machine-sprayed waterborne two-component white primers. This product has the following features:

1. Significantly fewer bubbles during paint mixing and spraying, not easy to foam, and easy to defoam
2. Fast drying, easy to sand, good powdering property, and no sand sticking
3. Very long pot life, extremely stable viscosity, good fluidity overnight without gelation

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to the fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, it can be used directly after filtering with a filter bag.
