Acrylic Emulsion Houxian® 6413

Product Features

Houxian® 6413 is an interpenetrating network silicone-modified waterborne pure acrylic resin. This waterborne adhesive features strong adhesion, rapid curing, environmental safety, high water resistance, weather resistance, and color retention, meeting the physical and chemical performance requirements of sports fields such as courts and running tracks. It self-crosslinks and cures as moisture evaporates, is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and can be applied while classes are in session. This product has the following characteristics:

1. Non-toxic and odorless, safe and environmentally friendly, free of sulfides, benzene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and heavy metals.
2. Dense crosslinking, free of benzene rings and other easily aging structures, excellent chemical stability, resistant to UV and heat aging, and long service life.
3. Fast curing speed and excellent workability.
4. Outstanding wet strength and durable water resistance.

Packaging Specifications

Plastic drums: 125 KG/drum, 1000 KG/drum

 

Storage

This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light, at a temperature of 5-35℃. Keep the packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the production date. After the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product requires strict protection from frost or direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to filter appropriately before use and use it as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use. After use, store in a tightly closed container. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to the fast drying speed, skin formation may occur during transportation. If this occurs, filter with a filter bag before use.
