Product Features：

Houxian® U8000 is an anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion synthesized based on the self-emulsification method. It can be used as a varnish in wood coatings, metal coatings and toy coatings, and also applicable to surface printing and reverse printing inks for films.This product has the following features:

• Fast film-forming speed, high gloss and excellent alcohol solubility
• Outstanding surface hardness and mechanical properties
• Excellent retort resistance, as well as good water resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance

Storage：

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place with the storage temperature ranging from 5℃ to 35℃, and the package must be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is recommended prior to use and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

Stir thoroughly before use. Seal tightly after use and do not mix with cationic substances and printing inks.

This product has a fast drying speed; prolonged exposure to air before use is not recommended.
