Waterborne Epoxy Emulsion Houxian® EP363

Product Characteristics：

Houxian® EP363 is a modified epoxy waterborne epoxy emulsion. It features fast drying, excellent impact resistance and outstanding chemical resistance. It exhibits good adhesion to a variety of substrates. This product is mainly used in medium-to-heavy duty anti-corrosive primers for metals (in the petrochemical anti-corrosion field) and one-coat primers/topcoats, and can also be applied in fast-drying floor coatings. It has the following characteristics:

1、Excellent chemical resistance (resistance to boiling water, strong acids and strong alkalis)

2、Impact resistance

3、Good adhesion to various substrates

Storage

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature of 5–35℃ with the packaging kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. This product must be strictly protected from frost or direct sunlight. After opening the packaging, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use

1. Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after storage. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
2. Due to its fast drying speed, prolonged exposure to air during use is not recommended.
