Product Features：

Houxian® 5114 is a high-performance, hard, semi-film-forming styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion specially designed for flat roll coating. It features a fine and uniform particle size, excellent anti-blocking performance, outstanding roll coating transfer efficiency, high film fullness, as well as superior color development for pigments.This product has the following characteristics:

Storage：

This product should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place at a temperature ranging from 5℃ to 35℃ with the package kept intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production. For products beyond the shelf life, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product must be strictly protected from frost and direct sunlight. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is recommended prior to use and the product should be used up as soon as possible.

 

Precautions for Use：

Stir thoroughly before use and seal tightly after use. Do not mix with cationic substances and printing inks.

Due to its relatively fast drying speed, skinning may occur during transportation. If this happens, the product can be used directly after filtration with filter bags.
